Just wanted to plug Ryan and his team. Just wrapped up a refinance and couldn't be happier with the process. Painless is the best way to describe it.

I've been considering refinancing. Do you have any experience with a mortgage that uses Baltimore Equitable Insurance instead of a more standard insurance company? Pros/Cons? Any input would be appreciated.

I haven’t dealt with equitable before honestly, but I know my partner has. We’re both back in Monday and I will ask him
