The Official Precision Bolt Gun Picture Thread

Might as well start another pic thread . . .

Remington OEM (except OD Kryloned stock) M-700 Light Tactical Rifle ("LTR") in .308. Eagle stock pack, Turner leather sling, Harris bipod, Badger base, Farrell rings, Leupold 3.5-10x40:

Remington OEM M-700 Varmint Synthetic ("VS") in .308. Eagle stock pack, Harris bipod, Farrell base, TPS rings, NightForce 3.5-15x50 scope:

Bennett Precision custom M-700 in .30-06 Ackley Improved. Trued action, knurled bolt, 26" Shilen heavy sporter barrel, HS Precision stock, glassed, unknown scope (pic taken by seller). Now has Leupold 3.5-10x40 with target adjustments.

Chandler/IBA custom M-700 in 6.5-284. Trued action, 26" Hart barrel (since replaced with a fresh 26" Bartlein), McMillan A3 sniper fill stock with adj. cheekpiece & LOP, Devcon steel/pillar bed and epoxy sealed, Badger M4 bottom metal, Eagle stock pack, Turner AWS sling, Harris bipod, Badger base, Badger rings, NightForce 3.5-15x50 scope (since upgraded to NightForce 5.5-22x50):

This is view into the throat of the original Hart barrel I had sectioned on my mill, after 2,000 6.5-284 rounds. The erosion and fire-cracking are readily apparent:

GA Precision custom M-700 in .260. Trued action, Badger bolt knob, 26" Broughton barrel, Manners T-2 stock with adj. cheekpiece, Devcon steel/pillar bed, Badger M5 detachable mag bottom metal (takes 5 & 10 round AICS mags), Eagle stock pack, Turner AWS sling, Harris bipod, Badger base, Badger rings, NightForce 5.5-22x50 scope:

Goodling Rifles custom M-700 in 6.5-300 Weatherby ("6.5WWH"). This is a 1k BR rifle that is set up for groundhog season in an HS Precision varmint stock for this pic. Trued action, Sako extractor, 30" Hart barrel, Canjar single set trigger, Davidson base, Kelbly rings, Leupold 6.5-20x50 boosted to 8.6-26x by Premier Reticles:

The same rifle in the Shehane Tracker BR stock (the camo gun in the foreground is my suppressed 10/22):

ETA 4/28: I took a group picture last weekend:

Those are incredible! Where do you shoot those things? If I had money, you would be to blame for me spending it.

This is a product of a life-long shooting/collecting "habit" and I am probably older (and maybe deeper in debt) than many of us realize too . . .

Yes, but that 'little light dot' is a 12 foot wide x 6 foot tall backer at 900 yards and the targets themselves are 6" black bullseyes and not visible in the pic.

Ed- What power scope you using to shoot out to 900 yds?
