    I need to get a few fixes done at our house prior to listing it week after next.

    Things like replacing/repairing wood trim around outside doors, repairing/repainting outside door. Install hanging light in foyer (I don't have a ladder high enough). Probably a few other things.

    Are there any licensed repair people on here that are close by and available on short notice?

    Ah, that's the same one I found. I'll try them again another time, maybe just busy or something.
