I've got a new set of standard Millet angle Locks sitting right here that I don't need. I believe what you need is the standard width weaver style ring right? They are yours for the 26$ I paid for them if you whant them. I believe they are matte finished and high sized. Are your leupold rings Weaver style or do they have thier own bases?

Well I never found a Hipoint deal I liked, I know someone who could use it. Can you measure the Leupold rings and tell me how wide they are? These might be the same width. A pic might also help.

Funny thing...I bought some 3/8" .22 rings today and they fit. Had to open them up a bit more, but they seem secure. The question is, will I be able to zero it doay? lol
