All of this is a two ton load of pooh. The next show for southern MD is in ky backyard. Bring your own table and clean up after yourself is all I ask. My wife is asking for money as I type. Anyone Kobe if I can legally do this?

I am sure the permits required would be your problem. They would guide you to destruction. Then last minute, with no time to correct things or comply, they would say, you forgot one little thing Go forward and you will be arrested.

Look into it though! I'd be there. Who needs the arena anyhow...

Well I guess PG lost some business, I was unsure if I was gonna go Nation's Gun Show next weekend but after this I will be there. I will wind up spending money in VA that I would otherwise spend in MD. I hope they are happy with themselves.

The showplace show was still a good show. When I went in November it was big enough to have room to walk, and plenty of vendors, but still small enough to feel like you could find your way around, when I went to Nations a few weeks later it was just enormous, and I felt lost several times as I wanted to find my way back to a table I had been to before. Both have their advantages....

Pretty sure Chas Co commissioners stopped gun shows years ago, Charles Co is definately not firearm friendly. Even in Dentsville.

I don't think it was the commissioners that stopped the gunshows.

Used to have a decent little show at the La Plata armory moons ago. :sad20:

Agreed. That was a Silverado show, too, I think!

Gov. Penis Glendening halted the use of the Armory(s), if memory serves me.

Did anyone find out of why this show was actually cancelled?

It's not a great show, but that actually made it perfect to browse and handle the firearms since it was never too crowded. If you don't expect much, then it's all good.

Just curious if there was a valid reason for the cancellation.

    Thanks

I talked to Frank yesterday and it's all a political pile of shit; PG Parks & Recreation instituted a "temporary gun show moratorium".
