    Class is tomorrow at Bull Run shooting center. It's supposed to cover gun handling basics, range etiquette, and the insurance and outs of clay pigeon shooting. Anything I should know before going? I'm bringing eyes and ears, keeping me shotgun in the trunk just in case.

    A shell pouch or jacket with large pockets would be good. Don’t be the guy who sets his shell box on the ground when he shoots.

    I was the only one in the afternoon class. I got to shoot my new Beretta. I was under cover for the class and got to do some shooting. It was fun, and since I brought and will bring my own shotgun, I got two free games. I think I will try to shoot a round of skeet next weekend.
