    Does MSI have a stance on Del Smigiel's offer to shepherd the permit process (being mentioned in a couple of threads on the boards)?

    just printed out the mail in application from msi website.. will be mailing it this weekend with a little donation. :) (yeah.. im a procrastinator also :o)

    I have a quick question. I have a restricted permit (can only carry at work). Could I just send a letter over to the MSP now, asking them to amend my permit to unrestricted? Would it be less of a waste of time than trying to apply for a separate permit?
