So they're all insensitive and sexists. Just imagine if the Women's Defense League of NH was handing out We Will Not Comply T-shirts. They'd all be extremists and terrorists!

honestly when i see pearl necklaces the first thing that comes to mind is batmans parent's death scene, when a robber grabs mrs waynes pearl necklace, and every movie/cartoon depicts her death with the pear necklace snapping and rolling on the dark wet concrete

Oh the over-reaction. One could almost think that they suffer from hysteria.

Thought we already developed a medication for that.

I think the assertion that the legislators didn't come to the table with an open mind is hilarious. Moms demanding action made their statement. The legislators made theirs. That's what democracy is all about, not telling people who disagree to shut up.

Yeah, well when you're arguments are founded in emotions, not in facts it's tough to actually debate the other side. Much easier to label them as (insert catch phrase)-ist and tell them to shut up. Can't have logical people being allowed to make their points, that wouldn't go well for the anti's.

The demanding Moms don't seem to mind when Maryland legislators come to the hearings with their minds made up. So an open mind is only required if you disagree with them.:sad20:
