I find myself shooting my .44 Mag more these days (at lower velocities :D) and want to get away from the two 2 cavity molds I am using. Lee makes a 6 cavity in this bullet, and since I PC mine, it might just work fine.

Currently I am using a Lyman 429215 which needs a gas check ( it doesn't shoot well without it, I tried) and an RCBS 430-245-SWC. While both shoot well, making them 2 at a time sucks. I use LEE six cavity molds for all my .45's and 300 BO and love them.

I use that bulletin but my mold on not casts two at a time

It works great in my ruger pistols

I love the tumble lube because it’s easy and I am lazy lol

2400 is what I usually use but I don’t have my load paperwork handy right this second

If you are using 2400, it is probably a fairly stout load. I use 19gns of 2400 for serious shooting.

We are helping my wife’s friend move so still nowhere near my notes but I believe I have some charges in the 17 up to around 20ish with those bullets and alox as lube with no problems with leading

I am trying to remember what the lady powder I was using, some cowboy sounding name, that used pretty small and very controllable charges but again, not near my notes

I have used the liquid Alox and tumbled all my own cast bullets and I have been quite happy with the results
