I would have thought the head injury would have happened many years ago based on his behavior.
Maybe this is an Act of God and he'll retire.

Well I guess now we know why he started leaning left, he has brain damage.
Personally I believe he did not fall and instead was tortured to lean left.
Seems the so called Conservative Judges always move around the liberal ruling , but i can not think of anytime a liberal judge has moved Conservative . I do not believe we pick great judges . Niether does the other side but loyal they always stay .

It's far easier to arrange an accident when there is a medical history. An exercise band failure and subsequent loss of an eye even gets WaPo suspicious.
