Along with that H-Series MAS-36, I threw a $5 bid at a box of what looked like .30-06 rounds. Sure enough, virtually everything in the box was .30-06 and most of it was military surplus.

    I got:

One round of 1934 Frankford Arsenal M2 Ball
    Seven rounds of 1941 F.A. AP black-tip
Nine rounds of '52 St. Louis AP black-tip
Thirteen rounds of '56 St. Louis M2 Ball
    1 Round of '57 TW M2 Ball
4 Rounds of "Super Speed" Soft-Points

and what looks like 1 Frankford Arsenal brass stripper with the bendable tabs at the ends.

All are dirty, many show some signs of surface corrosion. I pulled the projectiles on 3 of the '52 LS APs and the powder is dry, but there's corrosion at the base of the projectile, so I don't doubt that it's been compromised by poor storage over the years.

So, my question is, is this stuff worth looking to sell to a collector? Or is it pretty common stuff. I'd like to pull all the 50s stuff for components and reload with known powder and primers (IMR 4895) but didn't know if the '41 black tip was worth holding onto as-is. I figure I'll just hold onto the '34 FA just because it seems like something you wouldn't come across too often.

That's kind of what I thought. I just wanted to check before pulling everything for components. 35 rounds of .30-06 for $5 is a steal these days, even if it's just for the components!
