I'm sure the anti's will try to bury and discredit this information..

Accidental gun deaths hit record low, even amid recent boom in firearms sale
    http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2017/03/30/as-gun-sales-rise-accidental-gun-deaths-drop-to-record-levels-report-says.html

Gun sales are up, and accidental gun injuries are down, according to a report released this month by the National Safety Council.

The NSC’s “Injury Facts -2017 Edition” shows a 17 percent decrease in accidents involving firearms from 2014 to 2015, a period when gun sales soared.

There were 489 unintentional firearms-related fatalities during that time period, the lowest total since record-keeping began in 1903, accounting for less than 1 percent of accident deaths. This decrease, which was the largest percentage decline of any category cited in the NSC’s report, came in a year that saw record-high firearm sales.

LOL. Not sure if you heard of the NYT reporter Fox Butterfield. He was famous for his articles on "why was the prison population going up if the crime rate was going down?". You just can't fix stupid.

This also is good ammo against the ConCarry naysayers who always use the training excuse to block the bill.
No evidence exists that a government training requirement cuts down on accidental shootings.

This is how the anti's will spin that data:

"Last year 489 innocent Americans lost their lives to preventable accidents with evil guns. That's 489 too many! Ban all guns now!"

Every time I see a anti gun deaths linked to guns stat as a basis for the libs to cry to the government to ban guns, I ask one simple question, where is the outcry for the millions of babies aborted in the US and world wide?

I pulled up the stats so far this year and am floored.

    http://www.numberofabortions.com/

I think to date April 7 2017 there have been almost 247,000 abortions murdering unborn babies here in the US alone and almost 10,800,000 world wide just in the first 1/4 of the year.

Oh and Black Lives matter. Since 1973, in the US, almost 17, 809,000 BLACK Babies have been aborted. Now who is Anti Black? It seems like blame starts in the black wombs of those nearly 18,000,000 unborn, murdered babies.

    SO Sad.
