Yes we expect the Vepr 762 x 54R with a 23 inch barrel to start arriving in the next 2 weeks .They will be in a converted format and we will have pictures posted in the next 4 -5 days .

I read a post on vepr forum 2 weeks ago that the 23 inch with normal front sight (not combo gas block) with square back will no longer be imported. The Gentleman posting said he contacted the US rep for Molot (in Russia) who told him the square back was a special thing done only for the US market and that the square back is illegal in many European countries. Can you confirm or deny?

Yes we will be offering a converted square back 762 x 54R Vepr they will be listed on our web site this weekend . These will be the last of the square back Vepr 54R as far ass we are aware of .
