I got my Truglo TFOs installed on my XD 2 years ago at HNP. IT cost $35 then, no clue now. Did perfect work. Took a little long due to a gunshow going on that weekend, but i recommend.

I have always been a bit of a do-it-yourselfer, but personally, I would buy a universal sight pusher... they pay for themselves after about 3-5 uses, depending on which one you get. Nylon and (if it is really tough) brass drift punches work well on most guns also.

I hear the XDM is a real bitch when it comes to site removal.

Where are you located? If your in the Baltimore area I'd let the crew at GC hook you up. If your out in the Frederick area call Bollinger gun smithing. Either way both great people and great to deal with. Good luck!

PS if you go to Bollinger ask him to see his XDM, after seeing his you may get some ideas for your own. He has a real sweet XDM!
