    Last one for now....

This one is a mystery to me. The marking on the receiver "1660" and 3 dots and then the "B" and then small "T" marking on the stock.

The 49673 number on the stock matches the SN on the receiver. With a "G" after it?

    Thoughts?

    I doubt balkans...80 % thats Russian cyrillic

Well I got a couple of nice Mosins for your, ahem, "entertainment". Do note all are parts matching.

First-up is my refurbished M91/30 Izhevsk from 1943:

Next-up we have my refurbished M44. It is also a Izhevsk, and was made in 1945. I'll be finishing the rust cleaning on it soon enough (just need more Kroil and to get brass wool).

Finally, we have my M91/30 Izhevsk PU Sniper, also from 1943. This is a reproduction as well, and needs some tuning on the scope and mount before it will shoot POA. Still a solid shooter.

I could offer more pics, but I can't be bothered atm to hassle myself, so enjoy!

Today I was doing some winterizing and had everything out of the safes. So I decided to take a MN family photo for this thread. The only bubba job was the Century PU sniper addition of the Finn 28/30.

The Romanian M44 was supposedly unfired and I promised the person I bought it from to keep it that way. So far it has stayed unfired.

I added in my Polish 22LR trainer as well.

    The mysterious B
I have a circle B on one of mine I have never seen. The (B) is on my barrel though and not on the stock. I had thought it might be an Bulgaria refurb stamp.

Melnic- which armory is your rifle from? Pretty sure the circle B on barrel is an Izhevsk mark.

Nice rifles, guys! I'm on vacation with no access to my photo library. Here is the only decent non-Finn Mosin pic I have with me.

1938 M91-30 refurb pulled out of a crate at the legendary KeepShooting Mosin sale years ago.

Not the greatest pics, but this is my 1953 Polish M44: <img src="http://www.mdshooters.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=167257"/> <img src="http://www.mdshooters.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=167258"/>
Polish Mosins I've seen so often have those nice looking stocks.
