I don't know if you guys realize it but we ARE currently in the middle of a civil war. On our side of the fence it has not yet gone hot but the other side keeps setting little brush fires of violence. Here's a little thought experiment for you based on the four boxes.
Soap box- who is attempting to limit whose speech? PC speech codes, redefining terms to fit one side's agenda, outright propaganda mills posing as journalists, social media platforms censoring one side's speech heavily yet allowing the most outrageous speech by the other side.
Ballot box- besides outright voter fraud with illegals, dead and fictitious people voting just look at the happy horseshit that went down in several states this past cycle. Especially Florida, Georgia and Arizona. Calls to eliminate the Electoral College. They wish to make voting worthless.
Jury box- Kavanaugh anyone? Calls for his impeachment (not that they can legally do it) as soon as the new Congress is in session. Leftists being allowed to skate on every imaginable crime (See Hillary, Bill, Holder, Lynch, Comey, Clapped, Rosenstein, Snipes and that ass clown in Cali that Brown pardoned). They wish to invalidate judicial process.
Cartridge box- Just this past weekend in Seattle ANTIFA was openly carrying loaded rifles at a protest and were not arrested. They faced off with and threatened Andy Ngo and the police told him HE was inciting simply for being there. When are they going to start the firefight?

Question is how do you identify whose who? Do you go by state license plates? Red areas vs Blue areas? Physical appearance? Flags? Clothes? Things would get really messy really quick. Me and a guy I use to work with once discussed this same potential. History can repeat itself.
Don't forget California making 3rd party voting legal. Which in the other 49 states is fraud.

A good question. I'm acquainted with a fellow who was invovled with the civil war in Sierra Leone back in the 90's. Many of the same questions must have existed.

They did - Bundy Ranch and then the dust up up in Oregon that led to the execution of one of the leaders. The only saving grace is on the former they backed off and on the latter justice (sort of) prevailed with acquittals...

The media will show the body nonstop and make the story of the "BLOODTHIRSTY MONSTER Who Shot Down the Poor Hippie Flower Child" a marathon mantra. Natural idiots will take it from there.

I view it as, we are still in the midst of a cold war. When will this war go hot? The lines have been drawn. We are just one twitch away.

If it goes hot, I think in the early days it’ll be easy to figure out who’s who. The lefty media will hype up whoever they’re supporting pretty much giving them away; and the current batch of crazy lefties have a hard on for uniforms, chants, etc. Plus the literal public grabbers who everyone knows.
It’ll get really nasty latter day, once everyone has smartened up and actually tries to disguise their loyalties. Like the southern partisan fights in the Revolution or the late stage partisan fights in the Balkans.
My guess is a split where things get hot in solid blue, and solid red areas, while purpley areas (VA, MD, DE) probably stay cooler due to DC proximity, lots of military, sides not engaging due to lack of numerical superiority.

As much as I have tried to stay out of this thread, it keeps popping up.
It seems as if the left has been on the attack since the early 2000's, starting with GWB. They continued to get bolder under Obama, and now that they have had about 16 years of shenanigans, without anybody smacking them down, we are dealing Antifa, and probably will for a long time. But look at where the leftists are doing all of their protests. In liberal enclaves, so they are protected and given a free pass.
The left is playing a very dangerous game, in their actions towards the rest of the nation. They are overlooking the fact that the silent majority isn't going to tolerate their emboldened, entitled asses for much longer. Eventually, one of of those leftist agitators will pop off a live round at a rally, that lawfully armed citizens are at. Lord help the scumbag leftist that pops off that round. Either the idiot will be ventilated or will be forced to the ground and held at gunpoint, till LE makes the arrest. It will be even worse if somebody is struck by said projectile. In the event that somebody on the right is struck by the projectile, the "Cold War" will go boiling hot within a few hours.
If the above doesn't happen in the near future, there will be a revolution within my lifetime, but if not, there will be a revolution within Little DA's lifetime.

And this is my greatest fear for "little BKs". I cannot believe what we are handing them to deal with in the future. Spiraling debt. A country so split it's willing to kill the other side. Outright criminal actions by our so called leaders given a pass or slap on the hand. Blatant attempt to change the country from a federalist/democratic system to outright communism.

The backlash against him was so extreme that we totally let our guard down and welcomed socialists and communists into academia, the media, Hollywood, industry, and government. It's time for the pendulum to swing back to the center.
