Beo, I really have no words. I spent much of yesterday not fathoming what must be happening for your family, and all I found was an emptiness that shouldn't be there.
Did I hear correctly that they picked up the shooter in NC?

Yes, they picked up the shooter in NC and he is in jail awaiting extradition.
How long does it usually take to extradite someone two states away?

All, MANY thanks for all your kind words, support and prayers. This last week has been a blur for me and Mrs. Beo, and my family and I are truly grateful to be part of this caring community.
My son and his wife heard from the Victim's Advocate; there are two prosecutors assigned to the case (I didn't catch their names, sorry). The Advocate made sure that the family had all the support and therapeutic resources they need. Now on to the grief for us...
