gunbroker and a couple of other websites have a ffl finder, and some list each ffl's fees. i'd still call your proposed ffl just to make sure though.
Seems like a dup thread. Try Baltimore’s Best Pawn. They’re an IP and can possibly order it for you saving a transfer fee. Mention your a MDS member.

Not Central MD but upper Eastern Shore.
A week or so ago I stopped in at the new storefront location of Eveland Arms in Earleville, a new gunshop/sporting venue. The FFL/proprietor (sorry - I forget his name) says he will do transfers for online sales at $25 for non-regulated and $35 for regulated firearms.
