Colt Model 357 I picked up a few years ago. I like the Model 357 and old Troopers more than the Python. This one is in real good shape. Pretty much like new.

Very nice - and I agree - the old Troopers loose some of the lime light to the Pythons IMHO.

My boy had a first bad week at school. I blew off my weekend plans and took him to his aunt's in WV to shoot and fish. His aunt tells me, "Oh I brought my revolver, I've never fired it, go ahead and try it" She hadn't a clue what she handed me.

Pretty amazing. Two pin front sight post means older model. Did she remember approximately when it was purchased? I'm sure the bluing was even more impressive in person given how lightly this Colt Python has been handled. I kind of hope you didn't shoot it.

Yours is in much better cosmetic condition than my '65 Trooper.

The turn marks on the cylinder indicate some use. Beautiful Python, though.

Well, the photo was after a box of 38spl. I've never felt a trigger that smooth in a revolver.

Picked up this S&W M64-5 DAO trade-in. It came filthy and ugly, but this is after a cleaning and bead blast by Duffy's and adding new service grips:
