Can a MD resident buy guns at auction in PA?
    If so, how?

I already answered you in the Chantilly gun show thread, but I'll repeat briefly,

    - long guns, yes, if not a MD banned gun you may buy directly if the dealer is willing to sell to a MD resident

    - hand guns, yes, but you will have to do the transfer via a MD dealer, which requires the seller to ship the gun to the MD dealer and costing you a bit more $.

If they are an FFL, anyone can buy long guns from them. If you have a C&R FFL, you can buy C&R guns (long guns and handguns) from anyone (out of state).

Thanks for information James. I was really blind with these rules and did not know what to do and where to buy guns. I was afraid that what if i commit a law break accidentally. So big thanks here.

They have another one coming up in early June. I signed up for their email list at the Great American outdoors Show. I havent checked them out to see if they have anything good but it seems like they consistently have auctions.
