    I'd like to replace the factory plastic sights on my G17. I like the size and profile of the factory sights, just looking for a steel version. There are a lot of choices out there, but here's the catch. I can't find any with the Sig or Kahr type pattern--a single white post under the rear notch with a dot front. Prefer regular, not night sights. Any help?

    Only one I know of is the Ameriglo cap, they will mix and match just about anything if you call them, so can get a plain, dot or FO front. Otherwise it would take about 30 seconds with a file and paint to make one from a plain black rear.

    I replaced the factory POS er polymer sights on my Glock 17 with factory steel sights from Glock. I believe they were $20-$25 shipped from Glock.
