    Tempting. There is a ruger 77 in .257 Roberts that is just like my grandfathers that I would love to have. Still my favorite gun of his to shot

    Don't rely on pictures only. Go and preview the wares in person. A picture may be worth a thousand words, but at times can hide things.

    I agree. The last few that I have been too, people were paying high prices plus the buyers premium and sales tax. I go mainly to look for that "gem in the rough". I have my list and try to preview the night before or at the latest, early on the morning of the auction. I have seen some "less desirable" guns get sold to internet bidders and wonder what the hell are they thinking?

    Keep an eye on the .22 ammo. In the past, its been bringing .18 - .22 per round. Unbelievable!
