3rd Circuit rules someone convicted of tax fraud gets lumped into the same category as a violent felon, just because.
Excellent dissent by Bibas, the lone Trump and GOP nominee. I think there's a decent shot at an en banc since the 3rds Binderup en banc case seems to favor the dissent's side since no one is making the claim that the plaintiff is dangerous in any way.

    Wow,
So ANY business or self employed has their 2A rights in jeopardy.
There is no one correct way to file taxes, there was a study done years ago where the same business profile was sent to 5 IRS offices and each of the 5 came back with vastly different outcomes. The tax codes are so convoluted you have to hire a CPA and pray they get it correct.

So if you fall on the wrong side of the "Party in power",, they can sick the IRS on you then pull your 2A rights??
