The court has denied almost completely the State's motion to dismiss filed in the First Amendment suit challenging the arrest of Rack and his brother in Annapolis last year. Here is the link to the opinion. On to discovery which might prove very interesting.

    Howdy boys.....just back from Camp!

    Did I miss anything?
Excellent news regarding the non dismissal and movement towards discovery.

R&R, great thread to make your return in.

    Thank you.

I have NEVER lost a showdown with the police challenging me, or putting me in "investigatory detainment" or putting me in handcuffs--whether in Annapolis, or at the US Capitol, in Harrisburg PA, or outside the NRA.

I have never had to surrender the public square, EVER.

We have already won the "Arrest on The Bricks" case with the dismissal of all charges. This Federal fight is for the record books now.

Great news to read. I look forward to seeing a check from a 1983 civil action, a court mandated public apology or whatever ellse you see fit to put in a prayer for relief.
