Page 43 of 2021-2022 on Migratory Game Bird Hunting.

Purchase my license through COMPASS on 9/13/2021 as of this date never received the MD Migratory Game Bird Stamp. Received Federal...

Understand hunters are not required to possess or sign the actual stamp (MD Migratory Game Bird Stamp), but are required to have a Harvest Information Program certification & printed validation showing proof of purchase.

Went pack to COMPASS and unable to locate the procedure to print the certification.

Any words of wisdom on obtaining the Harvest Information Program certification?

It’s part of the Maryland stamp purchase on your license

Assumed that was just the printed verification, of purchasing the stamp.

It’s both since you have to fill out the HIP when you buy the stamp

supprised you didn't get your stamp mine came 7- 8 days after i bought my license .

yes I did. Got it in the mail about a week after I bought it

Federal came in a short period of time, state is still MIA

Called AA County DNR, received voice mail. Awaiting their RTN call

There is. My and my son's stamps came within 2 weeks of me purchasing them. Federal stamp got here even quicker.
