    Looking for reloading data for 20 gr V-Max for 17 Remington using Reloader 15. Wondering if anyone has used that bullet with that powder. There is a load for the 25 gr V-Max using Reloader 15 on Alliant's web site however I would like to know any first hand experience using it.

    Your input appreciated.

    dj I don't feel bad now I thought I was the only one loading 17 Rem. There may not be a 20 gr. load for RL15. I couldn't find anything for that. My favorite load is 25 gr V-Max over 20.0 gr of Hodgdon H-335. Very accurate. Use it for fox. Have taken ground hogs with it also. I'd try on a coyote also.

    Ive been loading 17 rem for about 10 years. my best results have come from varget and 20gr v-max. getting varget into the case is a pain, but the results have been worth it.
