    LADIES AND GENTLEMEN....

I got permission before posting, btw.

    And Carol's comments.

"Well Marylanders, this is what the HQL looks like. I spent the day with the Licensing Division learning about the implementation of the process for gun purchasers to get the HQL in order to exercise their 2nd Amendment Rights. The online process (of this very bad law) is efficient and easy to use. I toured the Licensing Division...a few remarks: It is a well run division of the MD State Police. From Captain to troopers...professional all the way. It is also in an old run down annex with no air conditioning, ancient computers and when I say MOUNTAINS of paperwork I am talking about The Alps. I dont know how they do it. My hat is off to what they have been ordered to do."

So all it has on it is a picture and a name? Did the same high school student who does their IT security 'shop that together too?

Come on Chad, you're talking 21st century, give them time to catch up.

Might just be the camera angle or you have extremely small, lady like thumbs, but that thing looks large.

They probably made it just bigger than a license/credit card so it doesn't fit in wallets.

    Geez, they mention "carry" twice.

Did they run out of anything else useful to say?

What's it say on the back, does it say "ha ha sucker, thanks for the memories of our assault on your rights"?
