VP9 OR Tactical Availability?

Anyone know when these will be available in stores? They seem very hard to come by.

I can't even find authentic HK VP 9 threaded barrels + cap. On top of that these suppressor height sights are out of stock:

Euro Optic in Montoursville, PA (Willliamsport) is showing two different versions in-stock but I'm not sure what the differences are.

I was going to recommend that the OP contact Dan at Baltimore's Best Pawn. I know I saw a couple of HK's last weekend when I was in his shop. But I could not remember exactly what models they were since I was not looking for one of them.
