    We now know part of what this means, from things mentioned at the rally today.

    In part, it relates to the breaking up of the bill into several smaller pieces (and if I heard it right, other bills as well), and farming it out to several different committees to try and pass the pieces in a fog and a flurry of confusion.

    Nothing like rigging the system. We knew they would not roll over. I am convinced Miller is paying back MOM for the casino bill.
