If an employer will have to pay $15 , they will want to get meaningful bang for the buck .
$15 will intice current workers with decent 40hr gigs to pick up some side action , and college students working part time with good job histories to expand their part time . Actual underclass looking to break in with starter job will find stiffer competition for those fewer jobs .
