+1 for Rusty. He did my trust, very professional. Sooo glad I didn't try and make one myself. I now have a Vector Mini-Uzi thanks to him.

Another kudos to Rusty for his trust work.
I went with Cedar Point Federal Credit Union in St. Mary's County for the Trust account. It was no cost and had a small minimum balance requirement. I wanted to go with BB&T but their requirements were too expensive.

+2 for Rusty...had him setup a NFA Trust for my brother and I. Easy and excellent to do business with.

    Thanks again Rusty!

NFA Trust NOW after SB 281

With the bans now on our various guns , is there any added benefit to setting up NFA trust. Does this help?

Since inheritance is still allowed in MD after Oct 1, there isn't really any benefit to set up a trust for non-NFA items.

Banned items will still be banned for purchase, whether by individual or legal entity.

Thanks for the link - this site is do deep sometimes I lose my place in here.

If I might ask one more quick one, if I want to buy a Class 3, is the trust set up first? And then is the trust making the purchase? Or can I purchhase a firearm now and then put in trust when I get it open? Sorry if that is a newbie question.
