    Am I correct that the ATF's recent admission that it had no authority to regulate bump-stocks really doesn't play in the state case, other than to underscore that no Authorization will be forth coming from the ATF (If I recall correctly, if you REQUESTED approval, you were covered to keep your rapid fire devices until next Monday... after that you need to have received approval, which ain't happening.
