Mr. Frosh is directing law enforcement to ignore federal laws:

    http://thirdestatenewsgroup.com/mar...ce-warns-them-not-to-enforce-immigration-law/

Mr. Frosh took an oath to uphold the Constitution (See section 9):

    http://msa.maryland.gov/msa/mdmanual/43const/html/01art1.html

Perhaps we should all file complaints and/or contact the Governor:

    http://ethics.maryland.gov/enforcement/

What a joke that this guy is responsible for some of the most Unconstitutional laws in this State, threatens law enforcement and encourages them to NOT follow the letter of the law, and took an oath to uphold the Constitution.

Doesn't Hogan have the ability to restrict or cut the AG's budget?

Not any more ... MD GA with the aid and prodding of Miller and Busch gave away the store.

Maryland attorney general Frosh awarded expanded power to sue Trump administration

The action allows Democratic Attorney General Brian E. Frosh to challenge the administration of Republican President Donald J. Trump without first obtaining approval from Republican Gov. Larry Hogan or the Democrat-led General Assembly.

Lawmakers, spurred by what they say is the unique threat posed by Trump, are now weighing whether to give Frosh's office an additional $1 million a year and five more attorneys to fight the federal government.

Hogan upset with Frosh’s power to sue the federal government

Still, Frosh almost never picks a fight. His 20 years in the legislature were marked by quiet persuasion based on facts, open dialogue and finding middle ground incremental progressivism, socialism and eventually communism.

Some Maryland GOP state senators walk out over vote on measure to combat Trump

When the motion failed, nine of the 14 Republicans stormed out in protest - a rare sign of unrest in a majority Democratic chamber where longtime Senate President Thomas V. Mike Miller Jr., D, emphasizes civility and decorum.

“I’m done,” said an exasperated Minority Leader J.B. Jennings, R.

He and other Republicans said passage of the resolution, known as the Maryland Defense Act, was not urgent, and noted that requests for delays are typically granted as a matter of course.

Miller’s refusal to do so, they said, is the latest sign the partisan rancor commonly found in Congress is creeping toward Annapolis as Democrats take steps to combat President Trump, R, on health care, immigration and the environment.

“They argue they hate Washington politics, but they won’t give us a simple courtesy,” Jennings said later. “It’s just like Washington.”

Whining to Hogan will do no good other than venting, since the MGA nullified the Governor in favor of the AG with the passing of that law (an't remember the number) allowing the AG to sue Trump and do as he pleased last session.

I agree with Mr. H. on this. The only way to get to him (and his supporters in the MGA) is to attack him via professional credentials and certifications, IMO.

We can solve this easily at the federal level. Change the law to start treating all immigration violations and subsequent warrants as criminal and not civil. Then there's no legal ambiguity on the detainers.

Sounds good. Who will introduce the bill?

Isn't an unapproved entry across the border not a criminal violation already? And State could declare illegals PNG and line them up for expulsion that way.

Not only are these people here illegally, but they have probably come to the attention of MD LEO because they did something else illegal, so they are criminals. This is insane.

My understanding is under current federal law they need more than discovering illegal presence to charge criminally. I may be wrong but that is how I understand it.
