"This story was updated at 9:45 a.m. Jan. 24, 2019. Due to a reporter's error, one of the charges in a story about the arrest of Fantasia Rivera was incorrect. Rivera was charged with the use of a magazine with a capacity of more than 20 rounds in a crime of violence."

What is today's date? Maybe I lost a day.

That's the old law too. should
be "10" rounds now, shouldn't it?

A Hagerstown woman whose history includes being present at two homicides and two other shootings

So is there a spot on the "Hot-Crazy Matrix" that would even fall in?

    http://articles.herald-mail.com/201...1_hagerstown-woman-hagerstown-police-fantaisa

In 2010, Rivera, then 17, was charged as an adult with obstructing and hindering police and other offenses in an incident in which a 2-year-old boy accidentally shot himself in an apartment on Little Elliott Drive. She was charged with hiding the stolen handgun in a playground after the shooting.

This girl should be serving 10-20 year stretches on multiple occasions..

Article says she’s a felon, therefore she cannot possess them.

    From Maryland Judiciary Case Search
    Case #21-K-12-046963
Guilty of Felony Robbery, sentenced to 8 years, with 6 suspended.

Also per that case, she has been called back in for 9 separate hearings concerning "Violation of Probation", with the latest of those scheduled for next Tuesday. Several of those revisits to the court required the issuance of a bench warrant to haul her back in.

It's the Herald Mail, one step above the almost defunct 25 alive.

They're so bad the local advertisers mail their junk via USPS versus let the paper deliver it. My neighbor got signed up for some free delivery and just drops them off on my back porch still wrapped so I can burn them...

yep all the libs want stricter gun laws, but when they actually have someone committing real crimes, they do all they can to put or leave them circulating in free society to just do it again, and again.
