Next time you decide to hit Avery's or the La La, send me a PM.
I actually haven’t been to Avery’s. What’s it like? We just sort of neglected it when it was Jug bridge because my wife is so deathly allergic to seafood.

Avery's does seafood, but they also have other things. It is owned by the people that own the bar in the basement.I actually haven’t been to Avery’s. What’s it like? We just sort of neglected it when it was Jug bridge because my wife is so deathly allergic to seafood.

They do put out a good burger.
Duck in there early on a Saturday or Sunday and talk with them, while they are slow. I tend to slide into Avery's a good bit, when friends show up.We’ll have to check with them. We always have a chat with someone on the staff before we try a new restaurant. Most places accommodate her somehow. The only place we’ve ever been that didn’t want to serve her was Crabapples Deli in downtown Frederick. I’m not that picky about burgers but my wife is and really appreciates a good burger. Most places will pan fry one for her to make sure it’s separated from other stuff.
