    First time dealing with Lee customer service and they are great. An actual person answers the phone and transfers you to customer service. I sent them my auto drum powder dispenser which was giving me problems and they fixed it at no charge and turned it around in one day. I've called them other times with questions about my new press and got right through to the service guys. Rare these days with most companies.

    Yup. I had purchased a Lee case trimming tool that that took off no brass whatsoever. Turned out the package had included a pin for a longer cartridge. I emailed them with a picture of the package showing 30-06 and the pin in a dial caliper showing excess length. They sent me a new pin with no problem. Also asked where I had purchased, presumably to ensure additional mis-packaged product got taken off the shelves.

    Every company will occasionally make mistakes. The real mark of a quality service organization is how they resolve those issues and prevent reoccurrence.
