For shits and giggles, at the beginning of lockdown, I was given 1000 200gn berry plated bullets. I tried some in my .45 conversions but they didn't shoot well at the low pressure levels I use. Since I was spending more time in the house, I decided to experiment. I sized down the bullets in two steps from .452 to .442 to .432. to see if the would shoot in my .44's. Low and behold, they shot great out of both my pistols and rifle. I was getting two inch groups at 25 yards with the pistols and the same out of the rifle at 50 yards. I figured all that squeezing would make them wobble but, if they did, I never noticed it.
