This was the first trip to the range with them today, I'm not sure I enjoy the 10.5" upper. I might either switch to a 16" 300 BLK barrel or go to a different caliber. Either option needs a dedicated lower. I may have set myself up to not like it by shooting the 7.5" first.

All of them used TRUGLO Dual Color Open Red Dot optics, I need to pick up some scopes for the 16" 5.56 and for the 18" Grendel AR that I'm building. The 7.5" was the most fun to shoot and has solidified itself as my home defense AR. The 7.5" and 16" both have brackets for a brass catcher, need to order a few more of them to have on hand.
Ok, I'll be the first to say it. Where are the feet?????????????

The shooting table has its feet visible in two of the photos!

It was muddy at the range. I didn't want to have to deal with mud on the guns and I'm not tall or flexible enough to get a foot up on top of the table.

Yeah, but they look so much better out in the wild. I'll make sure my feet are in photos when I finish my Grendel build.

Wait till the foot fetish catches you, like it did with some of the members on here.

just finished putting together an Aero M5 with 18" BA fluted barrel and Atlas handguard. Came together for a very reasonable cost with a couple parts-bin things and "black friday" sales everywhere. Have to sight it in, and see how it shoots still, but high hopes.

I suppose with my return to the state, I should post up some gun porn of my ladies...

I'm currently being jumped on by my 2 year old as I post this, so I'm trying to keep it short and sweet...that being said, I'll write out specs on request! But I figure we can always use some more pretty pictures!
