Keltec ksg from out of state?

Been a long time since I've been on the forum. Sorry if this is not the right section. But am I allowed to buy a kel tec ksg from a WV FFL holder? Will it still nees transferred or is it cash and carry?

Cash and carry since it's a long gun. Has to be from or transferred through an FFL though since it's over state lines

I believe that should be ok Alex, thinking these laws are set up so one can go hunt in other states if they were to lose their shotgun in , oh say a boating accident... while in WV, then purchase a new one.

No. That was a provision of GCA 68. Which limited long gun purchases to adjacent states. Unless you needed to buy a gun due to gun problems on a hunt in a non-adjacent state. But there was a requirement to notify law enforcement in your home state or county about the purchase.
