Called today to see if I could get my interview moved up. Back on 7/20 or so I got scheduled for 9/30 -- their default 60 day standard.

Something must have happened and when i spoke to the appointments people I was told the schedule has been opened up. Got my appointment moved to next week.

So for anyone that's waiting for their initial interview -- try giving a call to see if you can be moved up.

The default standard with MPD has been to schedule you out 60 days for your initial interview/appointment to fill out your paperwork and start the process.

Call today - - come in 60 days from now. Call next week - - come in in 60 days.

And then from interview to approval was taking up to a month.

Anyway -- for those waiting for their initial interview it can't hurt to call and see if you can be moved up.
