May not want to do that.....she could try to amend that agreement now that NH isn't requiring home state permits as a condition.

I was actually going to make a sarcastic comment about OCing in Philly just to make a point, but thought of this very thing.

Well that makes her ruling even stupider, letting you carry non resident on one permit and not another. I could see it if they didn't have reciprocity with the state's as a whole, but to allow a resident permit from Florida and not a non resident but allowing a non resident permit from NH is just crazy.

I believe the non resident states' permits she voided had informal agreements. Those she left in place had formal agreements (approved by the legislature?)

One advantage of the NV, it is good in MN. Most of the typical ones people get are not honored there.

because I don't have to travel to AZ to take an expensive course, and the license is 40 bucks cheaper. I travel to NV and AZ. Never been to MN and have no plans to ever visit.

OK. I do travel to MN, so would prefer to do NV.

Is the course required for renewal in NV?

yep 4 hour renewal and live fire (again)

Training must be taken in NV from a NV certified instructor. I can give you the name of the guy I used if you are interested. He's in Vegas.
