Military HQL Requirements

Hey guys. Do I need to get fingerprinted for an HQL if I'm active duty military? Im at the precinct right now, and the young man running the show here doesn't know...

No. Active and retired do not need an hql

If you are active duty with ID card, you are exempt from the MD HQL
