    I have my hunter safety course and previously purchased a handgun prior to needing the HQL class. I believe I'm exempt from taking the HQL class but still need to be fingerprinted and all. Can I go anywhere to do the entire process or do I have to do it online? Thanks

    You will need to go somewhere for your fingerprinting.
