    Well, my 147 Grain +p+ showed up yesterday. Haven't fired it yet, but assuming its all good (and no reason to think its not), my only regret now is not being able to buy more!

    Looks like the 147g is back in stock. Same as before,price changes in cart from30 to 11.88.

    If it really is Federal FBI load, I shoot it regularly. Be warned that recoil is vicious, basically on par with or worse than many .357 Magnum rounds. I would shoot it very sparingly out of a non-.357 revolver. It's damned near unusable in something like a J-frame Airweight and still painful in a S&W Model 60. Even my S&W Model 66 gets rocked by it, compared to wimpy recoil from 125gr HP .357 rounds.

    Shot some Wednesday in my S&W 66 at On Target and purposely took some regular target .38 Spl, the +P product here, and .357 - This particular +P ammo has only slightly more pop and flash than regular .38 Spl - no where near .357 which immediately brought heads around the partition to see what exploded.
