What do you guys recommend? Ill be wearing it around my hunting properties, while in WV and it will be concealed sometimes, open others. Looking for something I will not have to worry about if I'm climbing a tree, riding a 4 wheeler, or working around the house.

blackhawk serpa. securely locked in place, but super easy to draw (zero friction) just pressing the button.

i use the Serpa. carried it as well. works great. i use it for my glock 23 and i have the carbon fiber cool-kid one for my 1911

But if you end up rolling on the ground, your Serpa might get stuff stuck in the button and you'll be SOL for a while.

Honestly? I'd go with two different holsters. For open carry you can get any number of excellent retention holsters that are designed primarily for a cop's duty belt. I like Safariland for that. For concealed, I'd still be looking at a quality nylon belt holster.
