    I don't believe a mandatory ban under a state of emergency is right given that severe weather is lumped in under that and very common in Florida, but I have no problem if stores willingly decide not to sell during riots because there are clear reasons why that might not be a great idea.

    Hopefully lawsuits will be filed. The need for a firearm is most acute during a state of emergency. I know, preaching to the choir....
