Now 03 C&R Eligilbe! Original Czech CZ-82 9x18 pistols. This incredible pistol was the Czechoslovakian Army's replacement for the famed CZ-52 7.62x25 pistol. Produced from 1982-1992, it is still the official Military Sidearm. Typical Czech quality steel construction, 12rd High capacity magazine, cock and lock safety, and Super Accurate polygonal rifled barrel make this pistol simply a steal at this price! Weight: 1.76lbs, Overall Length: 6.77". Mechanically in Excellent Condition, Metal Finish may show wear on the sharp edges from holster. Includes Original Holster (Used Condition, may vary between Leather or Camo), 2-12rd magazines.

although Maryland doesn't allow C+R to buy pistols so it still needs to go through an FFL.

I do kind of want one though.

That is incorrect.

If you have a C&R, you CAN buy this and have it shipped direcly to you home. The information floating around saying that you can't is incorrect. There are some vendors who will not sell to Maryland, just because they either don't know or don't want to bother with Maryland laws. A C&R firearm (rifle or pistol) is not regulated by Maryland if they are shipped to a FFL 01 or 03.

So, if you have a C&R, GO FO IT !

Someone on ar15.com had gotten a letter from the Maryland attorney general, Department of State Police in 2004 about this.

interesting, I got that information off of a rather reputable site too...

I didn't think it couldn't be shipped here mind you I just thought MD restricted C+Rs to longarms.

Hm..... maybe I'll have to pick one up once I get my C&R back from the ATF (submitted paperwork last week)

I already have a CZ-75, and it's a great gun. I'm interested to see how the CZ-82 will be.
