I’d love to see my Raging Bull 454 Casull in high-speed slo-mo. That backwards fireball is probably a little smaller than the 460 S&W, but I can verify the singed & partially missing back of hand & wrist hairs from the flame. You definitely feel the heat, albeit briefly. I would definitely avoid spilling any flammable substances on your sleeves or hands prior to shooting these hand cannons.

Haven’t shot my baby in a while, the posts and especially the pics/videos in this thread have inspired me. I’m getting her out for a run either this weekend or next. Can’t wait now......

    Where they send me.
100,000 rounds through a rented .357. Sounds like a lot, may be that the bore was simply leaded up due to them not maintaining it which added to the problem.

That said, auto shooters out there, PLEASE, think about your hand position when you move to a revolver. Hate to see people get hurt. That is why I will never teach that method to anyone as I think I am setting them up for failure when they pick up a revolver and there is little gain to the method given the risk when changing platforms.

No , the thumb over wrist does not add to control.

Pad of support hand thumb on top of shooting hand thumbnail .
