A bunch of Virginia Dems didn't think it was a bad thing. There's an article or Twitter post where Del. Nancy Guy says "we wouldn't have won without support from Bloomberg." (Bloomberg's support was proxied though his Beyond Carbon Action Fund - the environmental equivalent of Everytown.) It's estimated that Mike poured more than $100M into the 2018 Congressional races to flip the House Blue - sponsoring 24 candidates across the US, 21 of whom won. Some claim that he backed candidates wisely; I'm of the opinion that he out-spent the competition - he wouldn't have needed to infuse cash if they were strong enough and well supported locally on the merits.

So our elected officials have a corporate master, and answer to him first. What's the big deal? I'm sure Mike would never act in a way that wasn't for the good of the people, right?

Not trying to pile on Jon's response, but I have to agree. The dimwitts are already a half step away from "blatant and open violence" against conservatives. Our stand on "the high ground" has advanced our cause not one bit. They are blinded by their hate of us, Trump, and everything we stand for..... To them we are all the same. We are "the bad people", and their "solution" is ultimately to get rid of us.

I was at the Patriot Picket in Alexandria, and we were NOT civil to them in the least. And honestly would like to hope they kind of see themselves in a mirror. But they are already blinded....

Our high ground at this point needs to be exactly that. A tactical advantage. They are coming for our guns. And I fear the next election of a dim, could bring us to odds with outright confiscation. Rant over.

Haha I can hear them going on about this on Fox news right now. Bloomberg sycophants just want to be able to identify their opponents with licensing and registration so they can individually eliminate them when they need to.
How did they ever know who to stop and frisk anyhow? It's all about the features, color for people- pistol grips and flash hiders if your a firearm enthusiast.

I'll be damned if Bloomberg has a chance in hell of winning this election. Does he really think that after stop and frisk, his position on increased policing, etc, that he is going to get traction with the minority vote?

Am I the only one who hopes Bloomberg makes it to the primaries? Will be an all out shit show but I firmly believe that Republicans would win by a landslide.

MDA, at least by association via “Bloomberg Bucks” seemingly wants to keep “certain” people in bondage, after throwing them against the wall. It is shocking to me that MDA and the DNC associate with an avowed racist and misogynist.

Now there is a story about Bloomberg saying the 2008 financial collapse happened because banks stopped redlining mortgage apps

(Redlining is when a bank draws a line around poor neighborhoods on a map and refuses to do any business inside the line)

In other words, Bloomberg is saying the entire world economy collapsed because banks have money to minorities

I for one, don’t want mini mike or crazy Bernie to win their primary. Because after that stage, crazy shit can happen. Look what happened with Trump. The Dems wanted him as the nominee thinking they could steam roll him.

Thank God for their miscalculation. I will not make that mistake with any Dem candidate. Whomever it is should be publicly shamed at every turn and in every event they hold.
