So, after being moved to a parking garage, finally at 4:25 my buddy on scene tells me they were finally told it was a drill.
Mind you, he being on scene has to go by what they are telling them there even though multiple people were being texted that the report was a drill.
I think the drill was successful in letting them know they have communications gaps somewhere. I wonder if telling the people on scene it was not a drill was part of the drill or a mistake?

One section of the news article said that someone was setting up a drill and "accidentally" sent the email.

Dutch was stuck there? People better be glad they got out when they could. Dude looks like he could go all Brazilian soccer team on somebody after an hour or so without snacks.

Never one to avoid the spotlight, Dutch is demanding answers. He cloaked his demand in terms of the effect this could have had on patients with PTSD, amputees, etc who had to seek shelter.
